Australia is anchoring space innovation in the Indo-Pacific. From microgravity breakthroughs to sovereign launch and return capabilities, the Indo-Pacific is shaping the future of space-enabled solutions for Earth’s most urgent challenges, including climate change and national security. Through stronger partnerships, the region can lead the next wave of innovation to solve these challenges.
Hosted by The Andy Thomas Space Foundation, and supported by the Australian Space Agency and the South Australian Space Industry Centre (SASIC), the 19th Australian Space Forum (#19ASF) will explore the challenges, opportunities and new partnerships shaping the future of space across the Indo-Pacific region.

The #19ASF program will present two days of innovation, opportunity and inspiration, driving Australia’s future in the global space ecosystem.

Drawing together leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, researchers and industry champions, the Australian Space Forum is Australia’s foremost event for exploring the ideas, data, opportunities, challenges and technology shaping the future of the global space ecosystem.

Event Description

A paid event, the proceeds from this dinner support the Andy Thomas Space Foundation’s annual educational programs and advocacy initiatives, connecting Australian students and early career professionals to new opportunities within the space ecosystem and empowering a bright future for Australia’s space industry.

The Andy Thomas Space Foundation’s highly successful Space Passport program will once again provide an opportunity for aspiring high school-aged students to attend the Australian Space Forum, engaging with exhibitors to inspire future careers within the Australian Space Industry.
Proudly supported by Hamilton Secondary College and the South Australian Department for Education, all South Australian Secondary Schools are invited and encouraged to apply to participate in the 2026 Space Passport program.
