SORA-NEX: Strategic Opportunities for Japan, Australia and Pacific Island Countries
Overview
Deloitte (in collaboration with JAXA) is leading a multi-year program called SORA-NEX, a new Japan–Australia satellite utilisation program, arising out of JAXA’s Space Strategic Fund. SORA NEX is focused on accelerating satellite utilisation outcomes across Earth Observation (EO), Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PNT), and Satellite Communications (SATCOM), from early discovery through to mission aligned and commercially viable bilateral projects.
The session will unpack opportunities for the Australian and Japanese space ecosystem associated with this new program.
