Acting Assistant Director, Regulatory Reform, National Space Safety Office. Bec O’Brien is a regulatory professional with a passion for regulatory design for emerging and complex activities. Bec holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Juris Doctor, and prior experience in governance and policy. Bec has experience working with Australia’s domestic regulatory framework for civil space activities, as well as international space law and policy.
