Biography
Dr Dushy Tissa is the Manager for Technology Outreach at Northrop Grumman Australia. In this role, he leads the execution and delivery of the company’s portfolio of new technology development programs in collaboration with academic institutions, start-ups, SMEs and Defence agencies. Dushy has held senior roles across government, defence primes and university over the last 28 years, all in relation to new defence capability development. Dushy is a Tech Fellow at Northrop Grumman and has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
