Biography
Dr Jens Hauslage is a plant physiologist by background, Studied at University of Bonn. Over 20
years experiences in gravitational space research and hardware design for
experiments under altered gravity conditions for biomedical research. Drop Tower
experiments, 620+ parabolas in Parabolic Plane Flights within 15 campaigns. Pi, lead
engineer and scientific supervisor during 15 Sounding Rocket Campaigns. Scientific
lead, engineer and PI for a Compact Satellite (250kg class) for gravitational biology
research under space conditions. Astronaut Trainer at esa (Katherine was in my last
class). Associate Professor at the La Trobe Institute for Molecular Sciences
