Judy Liu is the Regional Manager of the International Cooperation Office at the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), handling international partnerships and bilateral space cooperation across the Indo-Pacific region. She is dedicated to accelerating regional joint missions and integrating Taiwan into the global space economy ecosystem. Prior to TASA, she built a background in international relations and public policy at the Institute for Information Industry (III), a leading ICT technology think tank in Taiwan, and managed overseas affairs and communications within the government at the Mainland Affairs Council (MAC).
