Nina Hooper is Director of Business Development at Interlune, a company developing technology to extract helium-3 from the Moon. She studied astrophysics at Harvard and aerospace engineering at Stanford before joining Swarm Technologies — later SpaceX’s first acquisition — as its first BD team member, where she led early commercial customer discovery and government engagement. She returned to space resources at Interlune in 2022, where she leads NASA engagement and commercial partnerships. Originally from Melbourne and now based in Sydney, she also advises two venture funds and is an advocate for how space investment pays dividends back on Earth.
