Biography
Dr Sarah Reeves is the Space Sector Engagement Lead at the Bureau of Meteorology. She works as part of the Bureau’s Australian Spaceflight Weather Service, which provides meteorological and space weather information to support launch, returns, and satellite operations. Her role involves working across industry, government and academia to understand the needs of Australia’s space sector and support its safe and sustainable growth. Sarah has a background in astronomy and science communication and, prior to joining the Bureau, spent a decade as the space and astronomy curator at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum.
