Sarah White has been the Regional Spatial Analyst at Green Adelaide since 2021 and is the project manager for the Urban Heat and Tree Canopy mapping project.

Sarah came to Green Adelaide via a varied career of spatial and ecological sciences. She spent eight years working for Northern Territory Government at the Alice Springs Desert Park as the Records and GIS Manager where she was responsible for maintaining the biological databases, vegetation and fire scar mapping.

For eight years, Sarah was a Spatial Analyst at Fugro Australia Marine, a private surveying company undertaking coastal, bathymetric and topographic surveys using LiDAR, aerial imagery and other remote sensing techniques. Surveys spanned Australia and internationally, assisting South Pacific Island nations in their preparation of climate change mitigation strategies.
